1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the nicefa.org website and its content (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately. NICEFA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Permitted Use

The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial educational and research purposes. You may access and read the content on the Platform, share links to individual proof pages for educational reference, and use the Platform as a study aid or reference material. You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without prior written authorisation from NICEFA.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to proof structures, analytical renders, visual diagrams, written explanations, institutional deep-dives, and the NICEFA name and mark, is the exclusive intellectual property of NICEFA. This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law. 4. Content Accuracy

NICEFA endeavours to maintain the highest standard of mathematical accuracy across the library. However, all content is provided "as is" and for educational reference only. NICEFA does not warrant that the content is free from error, complete, or suitable for any particular academic or professional purpose. Users should verify all content against primary sources and peer-reviewed literature before relying on it for academic, research, or professional use. NICEFA accepts no liability for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in any content on the Platform.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that is unlawful, harmful, or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: scraping or automated extraction of content; attempting to circumvent any security measures; impersonating NICEFA or any associated entity; or using the Platform to distribute unsolicited communications.

6. Third-Party Content and Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or embed content from services such as YouTube. These links are provided for convenience only. NICEFA does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of any linked third-party service is subject to that service's own terms and policies.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NICEFA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if NICEFA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Restriction of Access

NICEFA does not operate user accounts and requires no registration to access the Platform. The library is freely and openly accessible. However, NICEFA reserves the right to restrict or block access at the network level, including by IP address, for any party found to be engaging in prohibited conduct such as automated scraping, content harvesting, or abuse of the Platform's infrastructure. NICEFA also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform, or any portion of it, at any time without notice.
